BEFORE YOU APPLY

ELIGIBILITY AND EXPECTATIONS

Students must be at least 21 years of age and, if a Washington State resident, possess a current Washington Concealed Pistol License (CPL). RSI Bail Recovery Academy is committed to providing a professional and productive training environment. Students are expected to be present all days, show up on time, prepared to learn, remain focused and engaged throughout the course, participate in classroom and practical training, and perform each exercise to the best of their individual ability. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, respect for instructors and fellow students, and openness to instruction and feedback are expected throughout the program.

Prior experience is not required. Students are not expected to arrive with every skill needed for the profession—we expect them to arrive ready to learn, participate, and improve.

IMPORTANT LICENSING NOTICE

Attendance alone does not guarantee issuance of a course completion certificate. Students must satisfactorily complete required coursework, participate in required training activities, and demonstrate the knowledge, effort, conduct, and competency required by RSI Bail Recovery Academy and applicable course requirements. Failure to meet course requirements may result in a certificate not being issued.

Completion of training and issuance of a course completion certificate do not guarantee issuance of a Washington State Bail Bond Recovery Agent license. Licensing decisions are made by the appropriate Washington State licensing authority.

Submitting an application is the first step and does not reserve a seat. RSI Bail Recovery Academy reviews each application. Accepted applicants receive an Acceptance Letter by email with final registration instructions—monitor the address provided, including spam or junk folders.

APPLICATION REVIEW

RSI Bail Recovery Academy reviews the submitted information.

ACCEPTANCE LETTER

Accepted applicants receive an Acceptance Letter and registration instructions by email.

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee becomes due upon acceptance.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMED

Once requirements and payment are completed, the student receives confirmation and class information.

Registration is completed only after acceptance and receipt of the required registration fee. A seat is not secured simply by submitting an application.
